One-year limited warranty
What is covered
DR Midwest LLC, doing business as METARLight, covers defects in parts and workmanship on all products we sell for one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace a product with a covered defect at no charge.
How to request warranty service
Contact us within one year of purchase to request a prepaid return label. Include your order number or proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Wait for the label and return instructions before shipping the product. We will repair or replace the product and ship it back at our expense within 30 days after we receive it.
Out-of-warranty repair or upgrade
Our $50 repair or upgrade service is for items outside the warranty period. You pay for shipping the item to us. Pack it securely, keep your tracking number, and insure the package for the item's replacement value. For these shipments, we are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or missing in transit, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
