This website is owned and operated by DR Midwest LLC, doing business as METARLight. It presents aviation-inspired lights, weather displays, maps, and décor. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Website use
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive or fraudulent requests, or misuse another person’s information. You must have the legal capacity required to enter a purchase agreement; purchases are intended for adults of at least 18 or the applicable age of majority.
Decorative products and aviation weather
METARLight products are novelty and decorative aviation products. They are not certified weather instruments and must not be used for flight planning, navigation, or operational decisions. Weather displays may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Use appropriate official aviation weather sources for flight decisions.
Product listings and purchases
Read the complete product listing before buying. Prices, availability, specifications, and photographs may be updated, and pricing errors may be corrected. A purchase agreement is formed when you commit to purchase and complete checkout payment. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be presented before payment. A saved order awaiting payment is not a completed purchase. Sandbox orders are test transactions and are not fulfilled as live purchases. Keep your account credentials private and use the account order history or your private guest order link to review payment and shipment status.
Returns
Unless a product page states otherwise, undamaged products in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email support@metarlight.com with the order number, items, and reason. An exchange or refund to the original payment method may be offered under the return policy.
Returns must be made in the country of purchase. Customized items, including custom METAR sectional charts and clocks, are not eligible for return. The buyer pays return shipping and must package items comparably to the original shipment. Items damaged in return transit because of inadequate packaging will not be accepted. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limited warranty
Products carry a six-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. For a valid claim, we will repair the defect or replace the product. If neither can be completed within a reasonable time, a full refund is available upon prompt return. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us; we pay shipping of repaired or replacement products back to the customer. Send claims to support@metarlight.com. Applicable non-excludable statutory rights remain in effect.
Intellectual property
Site text, software, images, video, branding, and other materials are owned by DR Midwest LLC or their respective rights holders. Browsing does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit those materials beyond applicable legal permissions or our written authorization.
